Before your appointment:

  • Please wash your engine bay

    • Avoid contamination by keeping dust and debris away from oil filler and dipstick, fuel components, brake fluid reservoirs, etc

    • Make sure all reservoirs have caps and are sealed, check dipstick and other loose items before you begin

    • All engine components can be washed, but avoid direct spray on paper filters and don’t use high pressure on delicate areas such as intercooler fins, idler bearings, and alternators

    • Keep engine area tidy and check periodically for any signs of leakage such as oil or coolant buildup

  • If we’re installing a fuel pump or tuning for multiple fuels, please try to arrive  around ¼ tank

  • Don’t leave unnecessary items in car
    • Some installations require us to remove the seats or interior trim, so please keep the interior clear of items that might prohibit access

  • For short appointments (six hours or less) you may wait in our waiting room or walk to nearby restaurants and shops

  • For longer appointments, please plan to leave the car and return on the final day of the appointment or tune
